Testing Capabilities

  • SG128 Spherical Near-Field

    The SG128 spherical near-field testing system operates within a frequency range of 0.4GHz to 6GHz. It utilizes Satimo multi-probe measurement solution from France. The core component is an antenna testing ring equipped with 128 (127+1) cross-polarization probes, enabling simultaneous measurement of two orthogonal polarization directions. This setup facilitates the measurement of both linearly polarized and circularly polarized antennas. The testing system uses an ORBIT/FR 5-axis turntable, with a horizontal rotation accuracy of up to 0.01°. It can accommodate antennas with a maximum size of 4.16 meters and a maximum weight of 120 kg. This antenna near-field testing system is characterized by high testing efficiency, accuracy, and a high level of automation. The measurement results automatically generate a 3D radiation pattern, allowing extraction of any 2D cross-sectional radiation pattern from the 3D test data. The pattern also provides key antenna parameters such as gain, beamwidth, cross-polarization ratio, front-to-back ratio, upper sidelobe suppression, down null filling, axial ratio, directivity factor, and antenna efficiency. This fully meets the testing requirements for various types of antennas in the communication industry.

  • Indoor far-field

    The indoor far-field testing system operates within a frequency range of 400MHz to 50GHz. The anechoic chamber measures 60m×30m×30m, with the maximum transmission and reception distance of 50m. The testing turntable adopts a U-frame design, with a height of 2m and a width of 3.6m, providing vertical rotation accuracy of 0.1° and horizontal rotation accuracy of 0.2°. It can support a maximum load of 150kg and enables rotation along both the Theta and Phi axes. This setup ensures efficient and highly accurate measurements of 3D radiation patterns, EIRP, EIS, and other performance indicators for various medium to large antenna products.

  • Compact field

    The compact field testing system operates within a frequency range of 1.7GHz to 110GHz. The anechoic chamber dimensions are 14m × 8m × 8m, with a reflector size of 4.05m × 4.05m and a quiet zone size of 2m × 2m × 2m. The system uses globally leading rolled-edge technology, with the reflector surface accuracy up to 20μm. The reflection level in the quiet zone is up to -45 dB at 1.7GHz and -50dB at frequencies above 6GHz. The anechoic chamber has a shielding performance of ≥100dB. The testing turntable adopts a six-axis motorized U-frame design, with a height of 2m, a width of 3m and a rotation accuracy of 0.01°. It can support a maximum load of 150kg and enables rotation along both the Theta and Phi axes. The system software is an in-house developed OTA automated testing system, with independent intellectual property rights. It is currently the most comprehensive, versatile, compatible and scalable OTA testing system control software in the industry. It enables "one-click" automatic measurement of passive antennas and active OTA testing.

  • Automobile spherical near-field

    The automotive spherical near-field testing system operates within a frequency range of 400MHz to 6GHz. It adopts a 1/4 near-field measurement ring design with 101 embedded probes. The turntable has a diameter of 8m and a load capacity of 12t, supporting the 3D antenna radiation pattern measurements and active OTA testing of small to medium-sized vehicles.

  • Circuit Parameter Testing

    PIM Testing: We have two sets of passive intermodulation testers (Kaelus and NTSWPPA), covering a frequency range of 700MHz to 5000MHz. The system supports both continuous wave testing and modulated wave testing. The testing is conducted in a 6m x 3m x 3m microwave shielded anechoic chamber, which is equipped with a tapping table to perform PIM testing under a tapping state.

    S-Parameter Testing: The testing frequency range is from 0.009MHz to 9GHz; (KEYSIGHT, R&S)
